Express Assessment is the commitment to provide a preliminary diagnosis and communication to the customer within 2 hours of arrival. All Elite Support Certified locations participate in Express Assessment.
Any repairs found during Express Assessment that require a total of 4.0 hours or less of labor will qualify for Rapid Repair. This means the repair will happen while the truck is in the bay without going back into the repair line up or without being rescheduled. This ensures a timely turn on the vehicle.
Our goal is to complete all Rapid Repairs the first time the vehicle enters the shop. As a result, we eliminate the wasted steps of taking the vehicle out of the bay, staging the truck and assigning another technician to the job. This is our commitment to maximize customer uptime.
Our technicians receive continual training from the experts at Freightliner and Western Star, Mitsubishi and Autocar. We focus on a solid understanding of all vehicle systems and have access to the latest tools to expedite repairs.
To maintain our Elite Support status, We must re-certify yearly, meeting 135 specific criteria across 22 customer service areas. To maintain these high standards, dealerships employ a Continuous Improvement Coordinator.
